A new brand identity packed into a modular design system and internal resource hub.
In collaboration with the Product team, Pollen underwent a brand refresh including new color palettes, typography, and style sheets. The Creative Studio explored new methods of optimizing our processes and systems with the goal of doubling our output from the previous year. Additionally, we launched a self-hosted online portal for internal and external teams to easily access brand resources.
The team went through initial sketches and prototyping for the brand website within Figma, with plans to develop in Webflow. The goal was to provide an easily accessible source of truth for current brand information, including usage guidelines and downloadable files for internal teams, and external partners.
The result was an easy to use interactive portal displaying the key areas of our creative marketing function, from brand identity tools, photo/video usage, and marketing support. The purpose was to allow consistency as the brand transitioned into its new identity.

Running parallel to the website, the team was also developing a design system for our campaigns, prioritizing efficiency and better brand integration with our partners. My primary roles were prototyping, front-end development, and design system support.
